I mean stealth did have some features with the hunters like if they see enemies webbed up on perches they'll look up more often, buddy up with seeing a man down, and they will form a group if they're done to 4 guys left, the Talon drones patrolling on perches, the addition of the web line etc.

During my latest Playthrough of Arkham Knight I tested to see if you could beat Deathstroke without battling any of the cobra tanks, and it was embarrassingly easy. I was expecting that all six would suddenly converge on my location to support their boss, but only one of them ever showed up and even then I was able to use street corners to evade it attacks for the most part.

Okay so here's the thing about what's going on inside Batman's head. The hallucinated joker has no information that Bruce doesn't have. Joker hints and foreshadows that Jason is the Arkham Knight, which means that Bruce has actually figured it out. But because Bruce is doing his best to ignore everything that the hallucinated joker is saying he remains in denial about it until he actually sees his face. Joker is giving light to every dark impulse, every part of himself that he wants to ignore or forget or deny. The reason joker even brings up Jason in the first place is because Batman is already starting to believe he's the Arkham Knight and is trying to put together in his head how that could possibly be, but because it's coming out of his brain in the mouth of the Joker, he doesn't allow himself to believe it.

I wonder if there's a way to mod the more limited playable characters in these games, giving them equivalents of Batman's gadgets, if not outright copies for some folks like Nightwing. A hooked whip for Catwoman to grapple with and grab things, PDA hacker tool to replace the crypto sequencer, and so on.

It's because she is coupled with, modeled after, and was irrevocably altered by The Joker; he literally sees no way back for her, and probably hates her almost as much as he does him. Any pity he has for her must be tainted by that association. Until she was made into some lovable girl boss by more recent media practically everyone who actually knew the character felt the same way. She was never meant to be any kind of hero, anti or otherwise; a female Joker at worst, a tragic but peverted victim of some next level Stockholm Syndrome at best. We always loved her as a villian, and no disrespect to Margot Robbie etc. but those of us with a memory older than 2010 remember how she was considered before her videogame makeover and subsequent Hollywood fame. Further Edit: anyone who has heared (and remembers) all of her interview tapes from Arkham Asylum will know how this incarnation of Harley was acting/talking before The Joker even "turned" her; she was a toxic narcissist from the start, thus if Batman also knew/heared this information from the start of the Arkham games saga then that may also explain his attitude towards her, atleast in those games.
